1. FEES & PAYMENT

• All new enrolments require the purchase of the GRIFFINFA Starter Kit @ S$75 (inclusive of Jersey uniform set and socks)
• Members are obligated to pay training fees to maintain their membership.
• Fees are payable either per session or by per term (10 lessons/term)
• Fees for the next new term must be settled by the last lesson of the current term (non-payment results in non-participation), with non-receipt by the 15th considered as a pause in renewal for the new term.
• Payments made are non-refundable and packages are non-transferable.
• Payment methods accepted include The Bank Transfer or PayNow.

2. LATE PAYMENT OF FEES

• Failure to settle fees may result in restrictions:
  • Training Fee: Member exclusion from training until full settlement.
  • League Fee: Member benched until full settlement.
  • Tournament Fee: Participation cancellation until full settlement.

3. MISSED SESSIONS

• No make-up sessions or carry-overs are permitted to the following term.
• Flexibility in session frequency (1x or 2x a week) allows for adequate planning and package selection.
• Unutilized sessions will be forfeited.

4. WEATHER POLICY

• Training proceeds as scheduled except for bad weather conditions at the discretion of the technical manager and the weather alarm advice.
• Poor Weather Conditions, such as Heavy Rain or Lightning Alert:
  • Training halts and the Wet Weather Program will be followed at indoors facilities if available.

• “Force Majeure” events beyond control may necessitate event/activity cancellations; no refunds or compensation are provided.

5. INJURY AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

• Unfit members due to injury or medical conditions must provide a doctor’s letter; attendance may resume upon recovery.

6. NO TRAINING SESSIONS DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

• Training is suspended on designated Public Holidays.

7. TAKING A BREAK

• Absence for a term without notification results in forfeiture of slot; rejoining incurs a $50 administrative fee.

Griffin Football Academy Singapore reserves the right to modify its Policy as deemed necessary and to accept, reject, or terminate any participant from its program.
